These architectural drawings showcase some of the work that I have done with STV Inc. These drawings are part of a major transportation project in the Bay Area by the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) system to provide re-roofing options for the Fremont BART Station.
Remarkable Achievements:
● I was the sole architectural drafter responsible for drafting the entire Full Set of the BART Fremont Station Re-roofing Project on REVIT for the 30% Submittal. In the project sheets, I propose 3 re-roofing options with different drainage and gutter systems accompanied by a cost analysis of each option. My architectural sheets were approved by the supervising licensed architect and submitted for the 30% Submittal.
● I was the first person in the Oakland STV Office to introduce and utilize the REVIT Design Options tools to reduce drafting time by a factor of 3 and condense three project file models into a single auto-synchronous file.
● Upon request of the supervising licensed architect, I created an additional preliminary sheet with a manual for instructions of file use (in particular, Design Tools for roofing options) to be used as reference for subsequent architects.
